What a rich and deep taste!

  1. marinate codfish, squid, shrimp and mussels with white wine, salt and pepper.
  2. Stir-fry finely-chopped onion, celery and tomato with olive-oil.
  3. Add 2 cups of water, italian parsley and (1).
  4. Boil (2) with saffron (2 fingers), Bay leaf and time in 15min. Add soup base.
  5. Put canned tomato and boil for a while.
  6. Eat with Aioli.
