What a rich and deep taste!

- marinate codfish, squid, shrimp and mussels with white wine, salt and pepper.
- Stir-fry finely-chopped onion, celery and tomato with olive-oil.
- Add 2 cups of water, italian parsley and (1).
- Boil (2) with saffron (2 fingers), Bay leaf and time in 15min. Add soup base.
- Put canned tomato and boil for a while.
- Eat with Aioli.
